MANCHESTER, NJ (OCEAN)Around 10:00 p.m. there was a report of a fire department chiefs vehicle overturned in the 2800 Block of Ridgeway Road, County Road 571 near the Ridgeway Fire Company and Manchester Middle School. Gomez-Estrada was subsequently pulled from the water by another passerby and lifesaving measures were initiated at the scene. The female was transported to a local area hospital, where she is currently listed in critical but stable condition.
